Every ringgit you invest in games at r24my brings you one step closer to a higher VIP tier. Enjoy exclusive cashback, priority withdrawals, personalized service, and a range of other privileges unavailable to standard members.
The r24my VIP Program is designed specifically to reward loyal and active players on our platform. This is more than just a standard rewards program – it is a privilege ecosystem that grows alongside your VIP tier. The higher the tier you reach, the more exclusive benefits await.
Every time you play at r24my, whether in the live casino, slot games, casino or Bingo, you automatically accumulate VIP points. These points determine your position in the r24my VIP hierarchy and unlock a range of privileges not available to regular members.
What sets the r24my VIP program apart from other platforms is our personalised approach. We don't believe in treating all players the same way. Our VIP members receive genuinely different treatment – from bonus offers tailored to your play style, to a dedicated account manager available whenever you need them.
The r24my VIP Program is also built to be transparent and easy to understand. You always know exactly how many more points are needed to advance to the next tier, and what awaits you there. No hidden conditions, no confusing terms – just genuine rewards for players who qualify.
Every wager you place at r24my is automatically counted and converted into VIP points with no additional action required on your part.
When your VIP points reach the next tier threshold, a status upgrade happens automatically and new privileges become active in your account immediately.
Your VIP tier is maintained as long as you remain actively playing. r24my provides a fair grace period before any tier re-adjustment is made.

The r24my VIP points system is designed to ensure every gaming activity delivers meaningful returns. Regardless of the game type you choose, VIP points accumulate automatically without any additional action required from you.
Point accumulation rates vary by game type. Games with a higher house edge typically award more VIP points per ringgit wagered, meaning players active across multiple game categories will accumulate points faster.

In Malaysia, many online gambling platforms offer VIP programs. Yet many players find that these programs are often filled with hard-to-meet conditions, underwhelming rewards, or treatment that never truly feels premium. r24my takes a different approach.
First, we believe in transparency. Every aspect of the r24my VIP program is clearly explained – how many points are required for each tier, what you receive at each tier, and how points are calculated. No unpleasant surprises, no sudden changes made without prior notice.
Second, we understand that every player is unique. r24my players who mainly play slots may have different needs from those who prefer Live Casino. That's why personal account managers for Platinum and Diamond VIP members are trained to truly know their players – not just read a name off a screen.
Third, speed and reliability. In online entertainment, nothing is more frustrating than waiting a long time for your winnings. The r24my VIP Program prioritizes withdrawals for premium members because we understand the value of your time. Diamond members enjoy withdrawal processing within one hour – a standard rarely offered by other platforms in the Malaysian market.
Fourth, security and privacy. r24my VIP members often carry larger account balances and transact more frequently. We ensure all VIP member data and transactions are protected with additional security layers. Our 256-bit SSL encryption keeps every piece of your personal and financial information secure at all times. For more details on how we protect your data, please refer to Privacy Policy r24my.
Finally, we believe in responsible gaming. While the VIP program is designed to reward active players, r24my always ensures that the enjoyment of gaming never overrides the need to play wisely. Our VIP members also have access to gaming management tools that help them maintain control over their playing habits. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming us.
R24my VIP accounts come with an additional verification layer and 24-hour activity monitoring to ensure the security of your account and funds at all times.
