01Definitions & Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" / "User" – refers to any individual who has registered for or used r24my's services.
• "Account" – refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the r24my platform.
• "Cash Balance" – refers to the actual cash balance in a Member's account, excluding any bonus balance.

02User Eligibility

To register and use r24my services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not a person who has been banned or blocked from using the r24my platform due to any prior breach of terms.
• Register only one account only per individual. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

03Account Registration

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the r24my platform are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

05Bonuses & Promotions

R24my offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of the member only and cannot be transferred to other members.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• R24my reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Unused bonuses within the specified validity period will expire automatically.

06Game Rules

Use of all games on the r24my platform is subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final. In the event of a technical fault or dispute, r24my will review the system records and the decision made by r24my is final.
• R24my is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the user's end.

07User Responsibilities

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Account closure requests initiated by the member, including self-exclusion requests through the program Responsible Gaming.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, r24my reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance. Valid cash balances will be returned at r24my's discretion once the investigation is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the r24my support team via the platform's live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within the designated timeframe, subject to the completion of all pending transactions.

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, r24my shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond r24my's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming decisions made by the member themselves.

In no event shall r24my's total liability to any member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Privacy Policy & Data Protection
